1. Refund Eligibility
Refreshoabones offers refunds for consultations and services under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service date
- The service must not have been fully completed
- The consultation must not have occurred or been rescheduled at least once already
2. Initial Consultation Refunds
The initial free consultation (30 minutes) is non-refundable as it is complimentary.
3. Paid Consultation Refunds
If you purchase a consultation session ($127) and wish to cancel:
- Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once
- If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it is non-refundable
4. Seasonal Series Refunds
For the 4-session Seasonal Meal Series ($180):
- Refunds are available only if no sessions have been completed
- Partial refunds are calculated per session ($45 per remaining session)
- Refund requests must be submitted before the first session
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@refreshoabones.world with:
- Your name and contact information
- The date of your service or consultation
- Your reason for requesting a refund
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
7. Rescheduling
We offer one free reschedule per booking. Subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to availability.
